Beyond his professional achievements, Roger is passionate about water skiing, snow skiing, and collector cars. He values time spent with his children and grandchildren, whose support inspires his dedication and drive.
ANDREW PELLETIER is a dedicated professional with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) and a lifelong passion for construction. Growing up in a family with deep roots in the trades, Andrew was inspired to pursue a career in the field, developing a strong appreciation for the craftsmanship and problem-solving involved in construction from an early age.
Before attending college, Andrew gained hands-on experience as a carpenter, honing practical skills that now complement a solid foundation in engineering principles. This unique blend of technical expertise and real-world understanding has been a hallmark of Andrew’s approach to construction management. In a corporate setting, Andrew has successfully led teams of project managers on national projects, leveraging strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to oversee complex projects.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys running, working on his own house, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
BRIAN HANECAK is an accomplished construction management professional with over 25 years of experience. After graduating college from Central Connecticut State University (CCSU), he started his career as a project manager for a local general contractor, managing commercial and residential projects. Brian then served as the Associate Director of Facilities at The Hotchkiss School, where he managed construction projects and assisted with daily facilities operations across the 900-acre campus.
Currently, with Riga Construction, Brian focuses on commercial, independent school, and larger residential projects. His broad experience allows him to navigate complex projects and deliver exceptional results in every aspect of construction management.
Outside of work, Brian volunteers time to the Massachusetts Special Olympics organization, enjoys playing golf, and taking to the skies in a small airplane, combining his love for outdoor activities with a passion for aviation.
